About the Author

Musician · Educator · Creator · former Doctor of Natural Medicine and Acupuncture

Raised by a chiropractor and a holistic nutritionist, Jeremy became a doctor of natural medicine and acupuncture in Canada before a transformative journey through Australia and Asia — studying traditional therapies, herbs, massage, meditation, and sound. He lived and taught at a rustic mountain temple on the ocean in Taiwan, produced an award-winning sound composition, and returned home with a practice shaped by vocal toning, music, and mindfulness.
