Day 1 Nose Breath

Welcome. You've started something good.

We keep it simple here — one small practice each day, for seven days.

How to

  1. Focus on your nose breathing.
  2. Only breathe in and out through your nose.
  3. Practice a nice smooth inhale, and the same on the exhale.
  4. Throughout the next 24 hours, return to this breath whenever you can — three seconds or three minutes at a time.

You are slowly waking your brain up to pay more attention to this breath. That's it. Come back tomorrow for Day 2. Give thanks.
