You made it to day two of your new journey.
Same idea as yesterday — we add one small thing.
How to
- Keep a nice flowing nose breath, in and out through the nose only.
- Now add: keep your mouth closed.
- Throughout the next 24 hours, return to this breath whenever it crosses your mind.
You are slowly waking your brain up to pay more attention to this breath. That's it. Come back tomorrow for Day 3. Give thanks.
