Your breath and body flow like the ocean. These skills help you ride your own waves.
How to
- Keep the full breath you've built — nose, mouth closed, tongue, feeling, diaphragm, counting.
- Now: breathe in through the nose, and hum the breath out.
- Feel your inner body vibrate. Start calmly, then build up with more vibration.
- Throughout the next 24 hours, return to the hum whenever you can.
