Day 6 Add: Counting
We are starting to build more patience within our breathing.
A smooth, rhythmic flow of breath helps maintain our balance.
How to
- Keep everything from the week so far — nose breath, closed mouth, tongue, feeling, diaphragm.
- Breathe in and count 1 to 5, then a short rest.
- Breathe out and count 1 to 5, then rest. Repeat.
- Throughout the next 24 hours, return to the rhythm whenever you can.
You are slowly waking your brain up to the rhythm of your breath. That's it. Come back tomorrow for Day 7. Give thanks.
