The course goes through a little anatomy, and share how to use our own breath, and voice as a balancing tool to keep our body’s In tune.

The author's journey in healing began by observing his parents, a successful Chiropractor and a versatile Holistic Nutritionist. Inspired by them, he became a doctor of natural medicine and doctor of acupuncture, and pursued various healing roles in Canada before embarking on a transformative life journey to Australia and Asia.

In Asia, he immersed himself in studying traditional therapies, herbs, massage, meditation, and sound healing, which became a passion. As a musician, he emphasized the importance of positive music for balance and produced an award-winning sound healing composition.
