How to

  1. Focus on your smooth, slow nose breathing.
  2. Keep your mouth closed, tongue resting above your front teeth.
  3. Feel the air move — cool air in, warm air out.
  4. Throughout the next 24 hours, come in and out of attention toward this breath.
