A SELF HEALING CHALLENGE

Congrats! You made it to day 2 of your new journey!

We are gonna keep it simple and learn a new task of self healing daily.


This is a 7 day challenge to achieve some basic skills to help keep yourself healthy.

DAY 2

Nose Breath + Closed Mouth

HOW TO:


  • Keep a nice flowing nose breathing.


  • Only breath in and out your nose.


  • Now add, Keep your mouth closed.

  • All through out the next 24 hours you will try your best to only focus on this breath. Even if it's for 3 seconds or 3 minutes each time.


  • You are slowly waking up your brain to pay more attention to this breath.
