A SELF HEALING CHALLENGE

Hello. Congrats for starting your self healing journey.

We are gonna keep it simple and learn a new task of self healing daily.

This is a 7 day challenge to achieve some basic skills to help keep yourself healthy.

DAY 1

Nose Breath

HOW TO:

  • Focus on your nose breathing.

  • Only breath in and out your nose.

  • Practice a nice smooth flow inhale and same exhale.

  • All through out the next 24 hours you will try your best to only focus on this breath. Even if it’s for 3 seconds or 3 minutes each time.

  • You are slowly waking up your brain to pay more attention to this breath.
